South End Duplex

This South End Duplex was a total gut renovation of an existing garden and street level unit. Our clients wished to update the condo to feature modern, sleek finishes and to utilize their small space as efficiently as possible. The unit was renovated to enlarge the bedrooms, make two new comfortable full bathrooms, a generously sized office, an all new kitchen and powder room, and features plenty of custom built-in storage.
