Fusuma Residence

Inspired by Japanese modernist architecture, the clients love simple and clean lines, elevated to perfection with beautiful slabs of wood and Japanese elements. Our take on a shoji screen allows the clients privacy and beautiful dappled light into their master bedroom. Upstairs, the same level of detail is achieved through beautiful millwork that conceals doors into a tucked away office and laundry room off of the kitchen. Careful alignment of every line and joint in the home keep this project restrained while still retaining a high level of detail. Stay tuned, construction should begin the summer of 2020!
